How can i be notified when a new version of Dottoro Theme is available?
You need to install our
Theme Updater Plugin.
This plugin notifies you about the available theme updates, but maybe even more important, it ensures updating your themes and migrating their skin settings to the updated ones.
Where can I get a service key?
You can request a service key on your account page under
'Service Keys'.
What is the difference between Standard and Developer Packages?
The only difference is that the Standard Package gives the right to use the theme on one website while the Developer Package gives the right to use the theme on as many websites as you like.
Can I upgrade to the Developer Package if I've already bought the Standard Package?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time. You'll only need to pay the difference between the Standard and Developer packages.
How does the payment process work?
After you select a package, you need to login in to Dottoro.
You can sign in with your Facebook, Windows Live, Google and several other OpenID provider accounts, or by registering with your email and a password.
After you logged in, you will be directed to our merchant page at
FastSpring where you complete your payment.
After your payment has been completed, you can download the Dottoro Theme from your
account page.
Which payment options do you accept?
Our merchant is
FastSpring and they accept all major credit cards, PayPal and some other payment methods.
