1. Theme Licensing & Usage
All versions of Dottoro theme are licensed under the
GNU general public license.
A Standard Package gives the right to use the theme on one website.
A Developer Package gives the right to use the theme on as many websites as you like.
2. Updates
Theme updates are available to customers who have made a Standard or Developer Package purchase.
The Dottoro Theme is always designed to be compatible with the latest available version of WordPress, but we can give no guarantee, that older ones will run with future versions of WordPress.
We are however committed to doing our best to make all the theme compatible with future releases of WordPress.
The minimal requirement for our themes is the same as WordPress, which is currently PHP 5.2.4 and MySQL 5.0 (requirements).
3. Delivery
After we have successfully received your payment, you will have instant access to the Dottoro Theme and your status information will be emailed to the email address you provided.
This may take up to 1 hour but usually happens within minutes.
If your status does not change after this time period, please
contact us through our website.
Note: No invoices will be available for your purchases, as the FastSpring.com sales receipt is deemed to be sufficient financial information.
4. Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified.
All products are property of Dottoro.
Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.
In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
5. Site Content
All content, including imagery, published on the themeeditor.dottoro.com domain is property of Dottoro and under copyright.
Any replicated site content must be authorized and clearly referenced back to the source.
Content from the Dottoro website shall not be used or exploited for any commercial and non-private purposes without the prior written consent of Dottoro.
6. Refund Policy
A Buyer may make a claim for refund if the Buyer asserts that the Product is not as described, or is broken or is corrupt.
The deadline for a Buyer making any refund claim is 30 calendar days after purchase. Please use our
Contact Form to let us know you’d like a refund.
No refunds are provided after more than 30 days following purchase.
7. Support
Dottoro offers these templates and designs ‘as is’, with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all 3rd party components and plugins.
Further, we offer no support via email or otherwise for installation, customization, administration of WordPress itself.
8. Price Changes
Dottoro reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a product (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
Prices of all products are subject to change upon 30 days notice from us.
Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the Dottoro website.
9. Warranty
Dottoro does not warranty or guarantee these templates in any manner.
We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components, plugins or web browsers.
Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration templates on the demo server.
Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the templates as we can not guarantee that Dottoro templates will work with all browser combinations.
